From the preview it seems Seolnan (Seo Hyun Jin) is in bed, and Crown Prince Myeong Nong (Jo Hyun Jae) is taking care of her. Crown Prince sees something that surprises him…. (the SBH flower tattoo, perhaps?) Let us find out tonight….

監獄から出て健康が良くないソルラン(ソ・ヒョンジン)にミョンノン(チョ・ヒョンジェ)は薬剤を作って直接訪ねてくる。 誰か先に送った薬剤があり、神武(チョンテス)が送ったことだと推測して自身の薬剤を煮詰めて飲ませる。
一方、ソルヒ(ソウ)はムリョン(イ・ジェリョン)がソルランの妹を必ず探すと約束するのを聞いて神武を訪ねて行くのに….

A couple of days ago, a friend and I were chatting on FB on what will likely happen if Crown Prince Myeong Nong finds Seolnan after being imprisoned. Take note that I have not watched the recent episodes yet. My friend just gives me a very brief synopsis what happened in the episode.
Anyway, I told my friend I hope Crown Prince takes care of Seolnan’s wounds…. and my friend said, Crown Prince will probably see the flower tattoo.
See y’all tonight! Oh how I wish I will have time to watch tonight.. at least to see Crown Prince take care of his Seolnan.
UPDATE:
I have not seen the episode yet, but a Japanese fan posted this picture on FB. The comment that accompanied the photo says the Prince is relieved to see Seolnan’s condition become better. No mention about seeing tattoo, so no need to worry that the budding romance between our OTP will be derailed this early in the game.
Most probably next week our Crown Prince will be grappling with the green-eyed monster. I am looking forward to that.^^

I agree. I think the SBH team is teasing our imagination just like Ugly Alert team did making us think one thing but actually something else happens. I watched the preview and I LOVE seeing CP jealous again over brother and sister!! Dang, this show is exactly as I expected it! I knew I was right. I knew JHJ wouldn’t disappoint and I saw the spark of brilliance in SHJ in GoF which a lot of people didn’t like; it was okay with me but what I did see was the talent of SHJ. Again, she hasn’t disappointed me either!
Instead of discovering SBH tattoo, it is sth else funny and sweet :>
